Fisher & Paykel Neopuff™ Infant T-Piece Resuscitator – The Fisher & Paykel Healthcare Neopuff Infant T-Piece Resuscitator is an easy-to-use resuscitator unit suitable for Labor and Delivery Units, Postnatal Wards, Operating Rooms, transport, Special Care Baby Units and Neonatal Intensive Care Units. The Neopuff Infant T-Piece Resuscitator is a manually operated, gas-powered resuscitator designed to provide breaths at a set flow with consistent Peak Inspiratory Pressure (PIP) and Positive End Expiratory Pressure (PEEP) to infants. Neopuff delivers controlled, consistent, and precise pressures – independent of operator experience. It can provide assisted respiratory breaths to neonates and infants (up to 10 kg) in the delivery room or neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).

  • The Neopuff resuscitator can deliver oxygen levels ranging from 21% through to 100%, from a flow meter or blender.
  • The resuscitator has a PIP control, as well as a maximum pressure relief valve that prevents the accidental delivery of excessively high pressures.

  • The benefits of using the Neopuff Infant Resuscitator rather than the other free‐flow oxygen delivery methods include the ability to provide continuous positive airway pressure to spontaneously breathing infants as well as providing IPPV with PEEP, without having to change equipment during resuscitation.
